5 Tips How to Stay Healthy in Viruses Season Without Vaccines

If you feel surrounded by a chorus of coughs and sneezes — at your workplace, in a supermarket, or even at home — please don’t panic. It’s just clear that a cold season has arrived. Here are 5 simple ways to help you to stay safe from the common cold and  viruses without vaccines.

1.  Eat healthy food with plenty of vitamins. — Cold and viruses season runs together with candy season — from Halloween to Easter. So take care of your kids’ plate to be filled also with vegetables and fruits throughout the day. Include in your family menu energetic food for example: Hot Tomato Soup, Quail Eggs With Vegetables, Healthy Homemade Sugarfree Soft Candy, Healthy Oatmeal, Chia Seeds Snacks at least once a day and add to your dishes any of known natural antibiotic, exp. garlic, onion, chili pepper and herbs or spices you like. Drinking plenty of warm water, green or herbal tea can be also very helpful to you.

2. Hygiene – Wash your hands  often, especially after using the bathroom or touching inanimate objects, like bathroom faucets and door handles, in public places. Also, try to stop touching your face. The eyes, mouth and nose are common entry points for viruses.  It sounds silly, but the average individual touches face every 20 – 50 seconds 🙂

3. Stay positive and full of love as well as resistant to stress because stress is what can also make us vulnerable to illness. So if you worry too much, it is important to try to take the time to manage your stress level. Pet therapy may be very helpful. Love and positive energy inside give you warmth and energy without food and help you avoid catching a cold 🙂

4. Go to bed early to keep your immune system in tip-top shape during this cold time of a year.

5. Be physically active even if it’s no longer the swimsuit season 🙂 ,  do your best to stay moving during the cooler months since it’s a great immune-system booster, which can prevent cold bugs you catch from making you sick.

TAKE CARE AND STAY HEALTHY! 🙂
